Over the years, we have built a focused niche by redesigning the public areas of condominiums and cooperatives in the New York City area. We have successfully redesigned numerous common areas during this time and have perfected the interior design process and project management of these projects.
We have worked with all of the major property management firms in NYC including First Service Residential, Douglas Elliman, Rose Associates, and many others. We are also very familiar with working with Boards, Design Committees, as well as building owners.
Some of our condominium and cooperative capabilities include hallways/corridors, lobbies, amenity spaces, fitness centers, community rooms, roof top decks, elevator cabs, mail rooms, concierge stations, package closets, and conversion projects.
When we work with a condo or co-op on a design project, we take into consideration budget, building history & architecture, style, target demographics, space allocation, functionality, and aesthetics. In doing so, we are able to produce a space that is appealing, durable, beautiful, and timeless.
A typical hallway and lobby redesign project includes new wallcovering, lighting, carpet, paint, signage, crown moldings, and furnishings. Many of these elements are custom designed in-house, By doing so, we are able to fully realize our clients’ goal and create a design that flawlessly relates throughout the building.
We oversee ordering and tracking of all materials, coordinate contractors/consultants, and manage the final delivery and installation of all components. We also provide budget management and meticulously supervise the construction.
